Using Checkboxes to Filter

Check boxes are used as a visual record for contacts made by phone, fax, email, US mail and on-site visits. In addition a contact record can be created for each contact where more information can be recorded.

Checking one or more of the contact checkboxes on the Filter-Tools screen will assemble only records that have been contacted by the method(s) checked.

If you only want to see people you phoned yesterday, check phone and enter yesterday's date on the From and To pop-up calendars.
